FEATURES
& BENEFITS
Top Plate & Yoke Base - Heavily embossed, formed steel
to extend caster life under rugged conditions. Swivel Section
- Hardened double ball bearing raceways to resist wear and
improve maneuverability. Kingpin - 1/2" hydraulically
upset steel rivet. Axle - 3/8" diameter hollow axle with
lock nut. Finish - All parts except wheel are zinc plated
to resist rust or corrosion. Hardened Inner Race - Hardened
spanner bushing forms inner race for straight roller or Oilex
bearing wheels.

Capacities
from 140 to 1250 pounds.

Top
Plate & Yoke Base - Cold forged from 1/4" steel plate.
Yoke base is notched for factory or field-installable 4-position
swivel lock. Swivel Section - Smooth formed, hardened double
ball bearing raceways minimize ball indentation and wear.
Legs - 1/4" steel, formed to increase strength and welded
to yoke base. King Bolt - 5/8" diameter orbitally spun
steel rivet. Axle - 1/2" diameter hollow axle complete
with lock nut with straight roller and ball bearings. Axle
is solid with Delrin and Oilex bearings. Wheel Seals - Nylon
seal retaining/thrust washers. Lubrication - Zerk fitting
in swivel section and in recessed head of hollow axle on straight
roller and ball bearing wheels. Finish - All parts except
wheel are zinc plated. Metal wheel parts have aluminum enamel
paint.

FEATURES

Top Plate - AISI 1045 drop forged steel with coined raceways
for maximum strength. Swivel Section - Double ball bearing
coined "deep-groove" load and machined component
thrust raceways. Legs - 1/4" steel engineered to increase
strength and welded construction. King Bolt - 3/4" diameter
heat treated bolt and nut for enhanced shock load capacity.
Axle - 1/2" diameter, hollow, with lock nut on straight
roller or ball bearing offerings. Solid axle with Delrin and
Oilex bearing wheels. Lubrication - Zerk fitting in swivel
section and in recessed head of hollow axle. Finish - All
parts except wheel are zinc plated to resist corrosion and
rust. Metal wheels have air dried aluminum or black enamel
paint.

FEATURES

Top Plate - AISI 1045 drop forged steel, for strength and
reliability. Yoke Base - AISI 1045 drop forged steel with
machined raceway for extended service life. Swivel Load Bearing
- 4" diameter deep-grooved load raceway with 1/2"
steel balls for better load distribution. The thrust race
is 2-5/8" diameter using 3/8" diameter steel balls
for increased capacity. Legs - 3/8" x 3" steel plate
welded inside and out for added strength. King Bolt - 1"
diameter bolt and nut heat treated for extended service. Axle
- 3/4" and 1" hollow axles are used for wheel bearing
lubrication. Spanner Bushing - Hardened and ground to provide
precision inner race for roller bearing wheel. Lubrication
- Zerk fitting in yoke base and in wheel hub or recessed in
head of hollow axle. Finish - All rigs are zinc plated for
corrosion resistance
